Rick Lukasik brings more than 45 years of professional experience to his role as Principal Architect of Lukasik + Associates Ltd. His work spans a broad range of building types and project scales, with particular attention to the challenges of renovating, maintaining, and improving existing facilities.
Rick works directly with clients from initial planning through design and construction, providing a consistent point of contact and continuity throughout the project. He coordinates the work of consulting engineers, guides development of the architectural documents, and represents the Owner’s interests during bidding and construction administration.
His approach combines practical problem-solving, attention to technical detail, and personalized service, balancing design excellence with budget, schedule, constructability, durability, and long-term maintenance.
